I hope you will take a few moments to review my specialized urologic pathology services. I take much pride in my laboratory and in the expertise it provides. I simply refuse to allow our profession to be taken over by "suits." OUR Lab is not bigger than its competition, but we can offer more personalized service to you and be less expensive to your patients. At OUR Lab, we don't market products, we don't sell pharmaceuticals, we don't push unproven diagnostic tests or scientific-sounding "black box" algorithms, and we don't encourage you to order unnecessary tests. We practice Medicine.

OUR Lab is not a publicly traded corporation, but a private medical practice. This allows OUR Lab to be responsible only to patients, physicians, and its sole investor, yours truly. I take pride in the fiduciary relationship between physician and patient and realize that this is best protected when profits are taken by the physician who provides medical sevice rather than business investors more interested in return-on-investment rather than patient care.

Simply stated, I wish to be your personal uropathologist and you may call on me at any time for any matters for which I might provide assistance. In addition to expert, next day diagnoses, I would be happy to provide photomicrographs, re-cuts of relevant glass slides, and/or copies of urology-related journal articles at your request. We take digital color images of cancer cases which may be placed on the internet and shown to your patients. OUR Lab’s low overhead allows your private-pay and co-pay patients to enjoy the lowest prices of which I am aware. Our current pricing is about $65 per biopsy specimen. If you can find similar expertise, provided with similar rapid service, at less cost to your patients, let us know about it. After we recover from the shock, we'll try get even more efficient if we can without compromising our diagnostic integrity. We'll be grateful for the opportunity.

OUR Lab is not a publicly traded company that must show quarterly reports to investors who demand return on their dollar. OUR Lab is a physician owned and operated medical practice responsible only to urologists and their patients. OUR Lab’s subspecialty expertise and relatively small size allows it to be exquisitely responsive to our urologist clients. We look forward to customizing our services to fit your changing needs.
