Client Service Representatives
Each physician is assigned a highly trained personal Client Service Representative who is dedicated to fulfill their needs. Our clients have access to live help. Our Client Service Representatives are available for testing inquiries and specimen requirements, as well placing orders for supplies and schedule pick ups. Client Service Representatives are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.


Automated Services
For those clients that prefer an automated system we offer advanced online capabilities that allow the physician to view patient reports, schedule pick ups* of specimens, track the progress* of their specimen and order supplies*.


Reporting Services
Results are reported to our clients through office fax, teleprinter, online reporting through our Client Center or direct interfacing of results into Electronic Medical Records (EMR).

Our goal is to make sure our clients get all the information they need to interact comprehensively with their patients. We also offer personalized reporting solutions to better meet their specific needs.
